Respect for Intellectual Property

GormBuilds respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on GormBuilds infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@gormbuilds.shop with the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  3. Identification of the infringing material and its location on our site (URL)
  4. Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may file a counter-notification with:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the removed material and its former location
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to federal court jurisdiction

Repeat Infringers

We may terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We consider the circumstances of each case and may issue warnings before termination.

Minecraft Content

Products on GormBuilds must comply with Minecraft's End User License Agreement and Commercial Usage Guidelines. Content that violates these terms may be removed regardless of DMCA status.
