Refund Policy

Digital Products

All products sold on GormBuilds are digital goods that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

When Refunds May Be Issued

We may issue refunds in the following circumstances:

• The product is significantly different from its description
• The product file is corrupted and cannot be used
• Duplicate purchases made in error
• Technical issues prevented download and cannot be resolved

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email legal@gormbuilds.shop within 7 days of purchase with:

• Your account email
• The product name and purchase date
• Reason for the refund request
• Any relevant screenshots or documentation

Refund Process

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company (chargeback) without first contacting us, your account may be suspended. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues.

Creator Payouts

If a refund is issued for a product you created, the corresponding payout amount will be deducted from your next payout or balance.
